Elektra actor Élodie Yung was late asked about a possible return in theMCU’sDaredevil : bear Again , and she seems very interested in the idea . It ’s still undecipherable if all ofNetflix ’s Marvel content is canon , soYung ’s Elektra could easy still be include , even though her character reference seemed to die . Marvel recently brought back Kingpin , despite it depend like he was killed inHawkeye , so there is a case law for imitation - out deaths in the world of Daredevil .

Yung is understandably enthusiastic about the musical theme of returning as Elektra , but unfortunately , the return is n’t fully up to her . Still , if she is approached , it seems belike Yung would agree to derive back . ThoughDaredevil : Born Againis already filming , a Yung could always retort in another MCU project , or a possible season 2 .

How Elektra Could Return In The MCU
Élodie Yung ’s Elektra was last seen in the time of year finale ofThe Defenders . Bothshe and Daredevil were seemingly vote out in a collapsing building . Daredevil was later find and recover animated , but Elektra ’s body was never find . This termination leaves the door unfastened for her counter since her death was never explicitly shown in the show . Even if Elektra was in the beginning meant to be beat in the Netflix serial , that does n’t entail Marvel has to stay to the show ’s story altogether .

However , it seems as though Marvel prefers to keep unruffled on the amount to whichDaredevilis MCU canyon . This gives them some wriggle room to include what they like and get out out what they did n’t . Initially , Daredevil : Born Againwasn’t even going to include mainstay from the Netflix series like Foggy Nelson and Karen Page . Marvel may overthrow course on Elektra at some pointif Daredevil ’s MCU journeying continues .
