" I reckon he kind of keep that with him . He did n’t want to allow his naivete , almost , take over and hurt Isaac ’s aliveness . He know Isaac has such a hopeful futurity and is so wise and talented that it would be cruel for Billy to impact his life . So he decide to take the blame at the end of the day , and that was what he found his purpose in at that part of the season .
His relationship with Lee is also get more and more complicated . What can you say about that dynamic moving forward ?
Alex Neustaedter : They have a very abstruse connection that started from the beginning of the relationship , and I believe that ’s what ultimately holds them through . I know that she has to eventually make a decision on if she ’s go to rest matrimonial or get divorced . I think there ’s a lot of guilt that she ’s had towards see Billy being in the prison and taking the fall for Isaac . I think Billy ’s really admirable qualities is that he does n’t hold anything against her in that respect . He tells her that he made that choice on his own , and that he would do it again , and that it ’s because he lie with her deep down , and he ’ll be there if she ’s quick to go on her life-time with him .
