There are five agent on our squad . I feel like me taking a little bite of prison term off or not coming in one dawn , I think that is something she could require for . But I feel like she does n’t want to let the team down . She does n’t want to slow down .

I think she ’s a workaholic , whereas Charlotte ’s business involve that right now . She ’s still at the other microscope stage of her career , so she need to be at body of work , whereas I find like I need to be at employment . I think , partially , it ’s down to the fact that we have very demanding jobs . But I call back also the fact that Barnes is in denial and just a workaholic .

This next one ’s a big one for Barnes or whatever . I did n’t get any forewarning that , " This next one ’s operate to be your family . " No one told me that . I just register the script . I was cheerily surprised and felicitous . I love my family stuff , so I was like , " Oh , okay , nerveless . That ’s great . We have a picayune fight at the beginning . We do that all the time . That ’s all right . We know how to get through that . "

I ’ll have nothing to give because I ’ve already go through it in my chief several different time bet it out , whereas actually , I think it was quite constitutive , the way we did it . Roxy Sternberg : No theme . I do n’t know that , and I bloody well hope not . I would detest that . For Barnes , I would hate that . It ’s horrible . I do n’t know what they have in memory for us and in judgement for us , but I see it as , " We ’re going to try and act upon on this . " This third wheel being brought in makes it real , and in reality , we ’re attempt to get disembarrass of that . How I ’m get a line it in my head is that we ’re try out to work on us , and that means the excreting of that person . So , I bloody well desire not . I ’d be devastate .
Sternberg Would Like To See The Show Explore More Black Stories

Roxy Sternberg : This is really fearsome . In terminal figure of what we see , we do n’t see things like that very often , so this is definitely up there . But they ’re all awful . When are they going to do FBI : Miami , or Puerto Rico , or anywhere that ’s hot , basically , and just have us not chase after any unfit mass because there are no bad people in the world ? That ’s never go to encounter , unfortunately , because of the climate that we know in . There ’s always something going on . But that would be a dream . They ’re all terrible in their own right .
There was that episode last season where Dylan blend undercover as a non-Christian priest . There was this priest fiber who was fiendish almost . It was a really saturnine , dirty episode , and he went undercover as a priest . There was also an episode where a guy had kill a woman and engraved something in her back . That was season 1 or 2 . There was a new hombre that was groom all these young women . They ’re all terrible . I do n’t think one inevitably stand up out above the rest .
They all , in their own rightfield , are outrageous . But this one , like I say , we see things that we do n’t normally see . Those organs — that was shocking to see . He ’s after a woman ’s placenta , and he ’s abducted a significant woman . I endeavor to always see the humanity and see the humaneness in these bad multitude , if we ’re going to call them that , but it ’s quite difficult to . Of course , he ’s ill . That ’s ultimately the job . He ’s ill , and he ’s assay to save up himself and live , but in doing so , he ’s belt down other people . It ’s all deplorable and saturnine , but it does make for great television , so I hope people revel it .
outdoors of everything that ’s happening with Charlotte , is there a storyline for Barnes that you would like to see explore ?
Roxy Sternberg : Absolutely . Let me cogitate . So . Hana ’s character , Keisha and I , we ’re the OGs on the show . We ’ve been there for five years now . I ’d like to see the two of those girl lead to a bar and having a swallow and having a chat and have a reminisce . That would be really cool . And make drunk . I ’d care to do more scenes with Nina . I ’m loving the Nina - Barnes chemistry . It ’s really fun . I really love working with Shantel . I ’d like to do more scenes with the three of us girls . I love my family life material .
That graphic symbol stuff , the stuff that goes a little alfresco of the procedural and is n’t following the case , that ’s the stuff I dwell for . That ’s the stuff I really find playfulness .
