The League ’s leader , Ra ’s al Ghul , bring the Skullcrawler ’s remains to a Lazarus Pitand had the bone submerge in the orphic waters .
The Titans have been destructive on their own , but now one that nearly killed Kong has come back to life story and is somehow under Ra ’s al Ghul ’s dominance . InKong : Skull Island , the Skull Devil was one of the most fearsome brute to crawl out from under the island . Thanks to the Lazarus Pits , the Skull Devil is bigger , badder , and by the looks of thing , it ’s evolve dangerous plating all over its body . On its own , the new Skull Devil would be unsafe enough , but underRa ’s al Ghul , this Titan has become a globular threat .
