If Tairn even thinks that Xaden might be using his inntinnsic powers against Violet in a way that could put her in danger , he will be severely - pressed not to defeat his spouse ’s rider .
It ’s an already complicated situation made even more complicated that the four of them - Xaden , Sgaeyl , Tairn , Andarna , and Violet - are all so embroiled . Once bonded to a passenger , if a flying lizard dies , their rider dies , too . A dragon may survive if their passenger dies , but it may also pour down them . As fellow , neither Tairn nor Sgaeyl can live without the other - if one dies , the other snuff it . And while Violet and Xaden are n’t mated in the style flying lizard are , their love run deep - if one die , the other will experience like they have , or probably go softheaded with grief . The liveliness and death of the chief quintet are inextricably linked to each other .
The action with any venin has always been to kill them , but that ’s unsufferable with Xaden being so interconnected to the rest . The only way out is to either find some room to " cure " Xaden or to help him fight against the venin degeneracy completely overtaking him . Now that Xaden is a venin with inntinnsic world power , the moral force of the dragons and their rider inOnyx Stormwill be more fraught and tense than they ever have been .
